Pancake did a masterful job of talking me through an annoying Worm infestation that NOTHING would get rid of, except of course: Pancake's advice and direction.

Long story short. I let my brother borrow one of my computers and it came back a mess. PCHF, with Pancake at the helm, got it fixed.
