I tried to use your site once when i had a printer problem (which i still have).
I found it hard to navigate. I accidently posted the same request in 2 places and all i got back was a smart comment from someone obviously more au fait with your site than i was. It put me off completely so i ever tried again. wish i could solve the problem with my printer...
