Default [Information] Pop Up Stopper

I have been using PopUpCop for about 6 months and I can say, having used loads of others, it is the best popup killer out there! It integrates with your browser nicely and NOTHING gets through...

It's shareware (actual cost $19.95) and I have added it to the "Downloads" section for you all. :P

On my laptop I am using the Google Bar, so far so good, but I must admit I haven't really pushed it too far, like going to certain sites that I know will provide me with 15 pop ups.

I also use Googlebar and have had a pretty good experience with it. I must say though that the only time it did let something through it was a <ahem> rood picture and I didn't realise until I closed the browser....a BIT embarrasing....

I have been using Googlebar for the past 3 weeks and it is really good! I can honestly say that I haven't seen a popup. I look at the number of popups stopped and it's 243 in 3 weeks !!!!

So there is my recommendation - Google Toolbar get it here: http://toolbar.google.com/

I use the blocker that came together with the 56.72 drivers, which was basically the only reason why I bothered to download them. Not very effective. Its doesn't really block it. It lets it appear before killing it. Maybe Nvidia would improve on it?
