I have an HP Pavilion and it is connecting to the router but says no internet access. I can connect with everything else ( smart phones, i pad, ps3). The HP will connect and run when it is wired to the router. I have also downloaded new drives and still nothing. The modem and router have differnt ip adresses. Im not real shure what else to do? You are getting out ok it shows this on the test but you are failing on dns Ping request could not find host plus.net. Please check the name and try again. DNS request timed out. timeout was 2 seconds. Server: UnKnown Address: 4.2.2.0 You need to set the dns to 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222 and stop the Bonjour Service as this can give that problem. You also have Mcafee running as well which could effect it you dont run two security products as they effect each other. Lastley your MTU is set way out unless your isp is strange and has told you to set it so low. Test it with this software choose mtu/latency test select a url then max mtu button try it with 3 sites from the list it should come back at about 1500 yours is set to 1300 post results
