Hello, I am receiving an error everytime I open Microsoft Word Starter 2010. The error is WINWORDC.EXE has stopped working. I had this trouble a couple of weeks ago I just do not remember how I resolved it. I do not believe winwordc is a valid file. This is a problem that just started and Microsoft Word Starter 2010 was working fine 2 days ago. My computer is an HP G62-465DX Notebook running Windows 7. I need this computer to work correctly as I am an online student with deadlines. Thank you for your help.

We'll ask the Security team to check your logs and if they are clean they will pass you back to the Tech's for their input. OTL should have produced another log called Extras.txt. Could you post it as the security team will require this as part of the process
