When I first left school I was payed £3.00 for a 44 hour week as a apprentice. Deduct some money out for one of the government pension / nat health schemes and I was left with £2.14s.7d (about $5.00).



What annoyed me was that I keep doing my paper round for the extra money...

Aye my friend and at todays currency we are still making just that and still pedaling our **** around on the paper round to make extra money.

How annoying.

Actually that 55 cents and later about 90 cents per week, has blown out to a £25.00 per week pension from the UK.

I got all of my money back in the first couple of months.

The annoying thing is the UK do not index their pensions with Australia, or my pension would be more

We live everywhere our body moves itself, physically or digitally!
Indirectly we live everywhere as far as our atmosphere allows our movement to break through to the big universe! Believe me that if your loved one dies in about 5 years, its indirectly the cause of a palm tree seed.
I had many discussions about this with a former math teacher.

oh interesting. I think ignorance in a discussion is the result of fear due to lack of insights, depression or oversensivity for social interaction. Education doesn't improve intelligence, its 100% genetic! Although, people with IQ 130 > are nearly always known to have intellectual interests. According to some Dr. I forgot the name of, there are 7 classes of intelligence, ranging from visual perception to social understanding. I knew some brilliant guy which never had any education at all and it seemed like he knew "everything" when it came to abstract concepts and general knowledge.
