Welcome to PCHF You could upgrade the RAM, as you have 64-bit Windows 7 (home premium) you can go Up to 16gb. IMHO, anything else would be pretty much a waste of money on that system.
With Hengis... Any upgrades you put in to bring it up to speed or 'make it better' would essentially be putting together a whole new computer. While more ram would help, depending on what you use the computer for it won't do anything long term. Ie, if you're gaming on that thing...16gbs of ram is going to make you play any games better with your current cpu/lack of an actual video card for picture.
