Ukash virus white screen the computer loads windows but I can't do anything due to white screen

    The only time I don't have the white screen is in safe mode command prompt ive. Been looking and looking on my iPhone about to give up I just don't know what else to do with it and since money is a issue I can't afford to fix it so if anyone could help me that would be great!

    Ok. Unless you have access to another machine, the only way forward is reformatting the hard drive

    That's all you need. Pop in the CD and the process is fairly automated. You will end up losing all data during this process though
