This blog is great I was having problems with my zenbook for like a week and it is one of my main tools/lifelines. I'm like "I just bought this thing in december" did not want to pay a tech to fix it. Tried to solve it by having asus techs remote accesss but they took to long and I really did not want to go through all that. Then I stumbled across you guys. It sucked cause every time i searched on google problems with ux31 It just came up with how great the zenbook is or where to buy it and it was ****in me off I'm like it's just a computer not God. so thanks guys



I uninstalled usb charger plus (I hate that app any way)
restarted computer but in device manager fresco logic usb root hub had the yellow triangle exclamation point symbol
so I found a slightly older version of it on line uninstalled the newest one and re-installed the one before that
VOILA!!!! every thing is back to normal all praises to The Most High God of Abraham thanks guys you were great conduits
