@ darkeevee - The "ICS" update for S2 is just Gingerbread with TouchWiz Android 4.0 sticker on it. If you want proper ICS, you can flash CyanogenMod9 over at XDA (assuming your phone is rooted with CWM)
i dont have a rooted droid yet. that sucks but i only see guides that work on the verizon version i got the tmobile version and there are 4 versions out there.
