You have a number of memory corruption related crashes.
    Code:

This crash points to this driver
    Code:
    45BDEF26 2007 Jan 29 13:57:10 athrxusb.sys *** Atheros Wireless LAN USB device driver --> http://www.atheros.cz/
which is a rather old USB wireless adapter driver. You should look for updates for your wireless adapter device, based on its exact model. If you can't find one, you should uninstall this device and use a cable connection for the time being, while we work on your problems.
On second examination, I see you have already removed that device.

Also, you seem to have some sort of a malware installed as there is one driver loaded with a randomly generated filename. This is very suspicious behavior, I suggest you scan your computer with free Eset online scanner http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
This is sometimes best performed in safe mode with networking.

There are a few suspicious looking drivers
    Code:
    4D90AC45 2011 Mar 28 17:41:57 aaaqxgna.SYS <-- this one randomly changes its filename
4DD4C9EE 2011 May 19 09:42:38 AxtuDrv.sys <-- this one may relate to program called RW-Everything, have you used a program like that at any time?
    4E53E437 2011 Aug 23 19:32:39 ISCTD64.sys
    4EB847F0 2011 Nov 07 22:04:48 WPRO_41_2001.sys
I suggest you scan your PC asap following the above described steps.

    Hi mkey,

    Thanks. Will do the scanning.
As for the memory, my memory runs prime95 blend 8 hours without errors.
The BSOD symptoms started when I installed realtek sound driver which is not exactly for my new realtek sound card.

As for the wireless adapter, yes, I did removed it to avoid BSOD, there is some driver incompatibility in windows 7 64 bit.

As for AxtuDrv.sys, I would assume that this is the driver comes with Asrock Z77 motherboard packed with the Asrock Xtreme Tuning Utility (AXTU), but I don't OC anything, everything left as default.
