Open RadeonHD 6770 help

    I got a radeon 6770 1gig, for unknown reason it will only run at pcie 1.1 speed. Both mobo and video are pcie 2.0.

    Specs
    video radeon 6770
    6 gig ram
    coolmaster 650 psu
    gateway rs780 mobo
    phenom 2 x4 820
    bios latest updated

    Card runs fine but still can't understand why card would be running in pcie 1.1 insted of 2.0
