Problem with my pc causing me to lose connection and restart.

    Which one of the two below do you use to connect primarily? Disable the one that is secondary to you.



    Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-Card = Wireless Network Connection (Connected)
    802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card = Ligação de rede sem fios 3 (Connected)

    Also update the primary with Drivermax just make sure and uncheck the boxes in the shot below when installing drivermax.

    Hello. I use driver genius. And i disabled one of the wireless before testing this the game.
    Ill try that one too

    Try and see what driver max will give you.If not we can try a couple more things I would like to see a fresh hijack this log as well.

    Oh can only download 2 drivers per day. And i have lots of them to update :s

    I understand the frustration you may be facing with the game related issue. Despite extensive troubleshooting, the issue still persists. Apart from the vital troubleshooting steps that you have already performed with Malnutrition, I would like to recommend a few other steps that should help.

    Since you have already tried playing the games via different adapters (Wireless, Ethernet and USB), I would imagine it is either something within the computer (hardware, corrupt driver or software) or it is the router itself which is causing the whole issue.

    To eliminate the router as the point of failure, kindly try to disable the router firewall for some time or bypass the router completely. Use the laptop directly with the modem and then check the performance.

    I would also like to know if the computer ever freezes when you are not using an online application. Try playing any other game that is in the computer and doesn’t require you to go online.

    I also need to know the exact system configuration. Game related freezing up issues also occur due to a corrupt display card driver. We may have to re-install the same.     Sorry for the late reply. And no, if i don't play any online game the inteir.rnet connection doesnt drop and i dont need to restart.
    I just deactivated the router firewall, ill proceed the next steps.

    Open Elevated Command Prompt Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.Now type or copy and paste the commands below one at a time hitting enter after each.

    ipconfig /flushdns

    netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

    nbtstat -R

    nbtstat -RR

    netsh int reset all

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh winsock reset

    Reboot your machine and after that please post a fresh minitool box log since it has been awhile.
