    I see 2 things here,you don't have enough ram and maybe you should think about upgrading your graphics ....Also dump the AVG and get an AV that doesn't use up resources like MSE or Avast....

    well today i had reinstalled my game ( Gta San andreas online) sa-mp and when i played there was no lagg FPS was really very good, but when I did computer restart and i tried to play again sa-mp and it started to lagg again and my fps started to drop for no reason..
