i was reading on another site someone was having the same problem and they said it was the windows updates making his pc unstable and restarting when playing games. so tomorrow im going to see if i can exchange my graphics card and then doing a system restore , then updating til i get to service pack 2

Mate, I'm trying to explain this as simply as I possibly can, but you have a hardware related overheating problem. This is not software related. Pretty much what I already wrote in post #24.

The PC is unstable because it's heavily overheating.

how do you know if you have a busted ventilator ? will it still spin if its broken (looks like it still works) ?

should i buy new better fans ?

They usually get very load when they don't operate correctly.
Create a few photos of the inside of your case. Also, redo what you did in post #6.

during the night when its cool out my pc is ok to play games but when i try to play games during the day , when its hot out thats when i have trouble playing games

The surrounding temperature is always going to be a factor, but even very hot weather shouldn't cause problems with decent cooling.

this time im pretty sure i fixed my problem. i uninstalled my last windows update and my pc does not restart anymore
