With the announcement of the Asus Nexus tablet this week, is there now an established market place for smaller sized tablets? I mean, this baby packs some serious "punch".. quad-core CPU 12-core GPU 7-inch (17.8cm) screen ..but really, is it just a Kindle Fire rival, ever more to be used as a fancy e-reader, or are there better, more exciting uses for such a small device?
It has more uses than people care to remember. Tablets are able to run Ubuntu (virtually and natively), it can also be used as a TV remote control via XBMC and lots more I can't remember right now I so want one, but I think I'll wait till Google make a Nexus 10".
Well lets just take a look at the features and specs of the Nexus 7 here. [Techradar Full Credit] I still like the iPad 3 because of it's sleek design and mainly, iOS 5. What do you think? P.S. I'll still be a fan of Apple's tablets even if Google makes a 4096 core tablet with 10 Tera bytes of ram.
I have to say that nothing has convinced me to switch from the iPad..yet, especially given this news: http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/blog/2012/jun/29/flash-android-dies-adobe
