    Hello everyone,

Me again :) I was wondering, is there a piece of software that allows me to remotely execute commands on the pc without the user knowing? Simple, dos commands like taskkill or something. It would be good if the software was stealth, and has on demand screenshots or something like that - I'll guess that there is some piece of software that has all those features, like keylogging, monitoring, and remote stealth access.

Thank you and have a great day!

What you describe is best known as a "Rootkit"? no, we don't write malware here.

Hello, thank you for the swift reply.

I realised now how my post may appear so allow me to explain. I own a small business, and I have problems with my employees. They tend to slack a lot. I've combined 2 suggestions from this forum, opendns and icam, but it allows me to block certain areas of internet. As they need to access big websites like google opendns didnt help much. Icam only allows me to see what they are doing. The idea behind this software request is that I am able to taskkill the game they are playing or whatever they are currently doing except their job. Or maybe to show them the screenshots of their slack hours as an explanation for lower paycheck. I've tried using team viewer, but as soon as they see me connectes they slack on another pc or somewhere beyond my reach.

I'm not asking for any hack software but rather monitor&control legal software. I understand that the line is thin.

Thank you and have a great day!

The line is thin, and without informed consent to the users Samuria's solution would be illegal

    Hello Fisher,

I agree with Belahzur, it is referred to as a root kit and I personally do not support 'hacking' even if it is in a friendly manor. I do however support the education of harmless hacking meaning your not messing around with anyone else's machine as well as your own. Read up on root kits but please do not attempt to make, install or run a root kit on anyones machine including your own

    Adela,

If your employees are immature enough to slack off and play games during work hours, they obviously aren't worthy of a job. Programs that you're asking for may not even help, and in the long run, you'll fire them because they continue slacking. My suggestion would be to just look for new employees and fire them.

Using programs to "spy" on employees is one way to make certain you don't have any new employees. (I'm using that word too much.) If people are going to work somewhere, they want the respect of being able to do their job without having a big brother watching them, because most of them actually do their job. To me, it sounds like your employees are taking advantage of your kind nature, and continually slacking because they think you won't fire them. As a "last warning" type thing, tell your workers if they don't do their job and do it properly, they will be terminated. See if they change their ways.
