How do I set it up to have multiple sound input/output devices. I have two USB headsets which I'm trying to use to record but I can only seem to record one at a time and sound only comes out of one or the other. How do I do this?

As far as I've tried, you can't :(
(lest you have more then one machine)

I even tried having multiple sound cards, never worked, if you find a solution, or if someone knows one, I'd love to hear though since all my attempts have failed

Obviuosly this won't work without a USB to mini-plug adapter (if they exist).

Well, I have figured out that Adobe Audition 3.0 will record from multiple sources. Guess it's not possible in Windows though. Too bad.

I haven't tested it in Vista, but I hit a dead end in XP :S

Of course, that doesn't mean you *can't*.. I just personally haven't yet found a way, much to my chagrin

I'm trying to record something with the microphones right now and I'm having a problem with one of them. One of them works perfectly and picks my voice up no problem. The other is very faint and picks up mostly background noise rather than my voice. They're both brand new and the exact same thing. I don't think I have them configured differently. Does this sound like one of the headsets is bad?

Click Properties, Options, there should be an option to switch to the input mixers

Yeah I made sure they're the same volume and everything. One is definitely quieter than the other, so that must be a hardware issue, right?
