Ok so a short backstory before I get into why I need help... I've had my HP Pavilion G7 for about 6 months and now my screen gets a fuzzy pink color and in order to temporarily fix it, I have to keep re-adjusting the screen. It's gotten worst over the last couple of days. So after doing some Google searching, I see that I would have to open up my computer and re-plug in my video cable for my screen because most likely it is loose. Now, I have never taken apart a laptop before. I have never had big computer problems before so i have never needed to open it up. I tried looking online for some kind of tutorial to walk me through opening it up and finding the cable but all I keep coming across are pages that sell cables for monitors and etc. I have an HP Pavilion G7-1173dx . Would someone be able to help me at least walk me through how to open it up and find the cable. Or can someone direct me to where I need to look? I'm pretty good with computers and I'm good at following directions. I would appreciate any help that i can get. Thank you very much in advance
