    Please download OTM by OldTimer. http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTM.exe
    Save it to your desktop.
    Please click OTM and then click >> Run.
    Copy all the blue lines inside the codebox below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy):

    Code:
    [color=blue]
    :Processes
    explorer.exe
    :Files
    C:\Program Files\Search Settings\SearchSettings.exe
    C:\Program Files\Search Settings\kb127\SearchSettings.dll
    :Commands
    [purity]
    [emptytemp]
    [start explorer]
    [Reboot]
    [/color]

    Return to OTM, right click in the "Paste Instructions for items to be Moved" window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
    Click the red Moveit! button.
    Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar) to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C(or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy), and paste it in your next reply.
    Close OTM
    Note: If an item cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes. In this case, after the reboot, open Notepad (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Notepad), click File->Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present, and copy/paste the contents of that document back here in your next post.

    Post a new HJT log when done and tell me if things have improved.

    Thats removed some malware so lets check to see if anymore is hidding.

    I will need a more in depth look at your files for malware.Please download ComboFix from any of these links here :

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Combofix -> Anti-malware Tools -> Downloads

    This will give further insight to any malware files present.
    Save it to your Desktop.

    **Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved and renamed following this process directly to your desktop**

    If you are using Firefox, make sure that your download settings are as follows:
    Tools->Options->Main tab
    Set to "Always ask me where to Save the files".

    During the download, rename Combofix to Combo-Fix as follows:

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    It is important you rename Combofix during the download, but not after.
    Please do not rename Combofix to other names, but only to the one indicated.
    Close any open browsers.
    Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right-click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. More help on your specific AV here: How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware Programs
    Run Combofix and post its log here please.

    Caution.....
    Never use this program to remove files.Only use it with help from an experienced user.Wrongful use can damage your computer.

    Thrashmetal,

    If this is still the IP address of your desktop, it is NOT getting an IP address from the router. It appears to be bypassing it entirely. The 58.182.56.x address is a PUBLIC address and likely the same as the address being provided to your cable modem from the ISP. Not the same as the 192.168.1.x addresses being handed out to your other systems by the router.

    Is your router configured to hand out DHCP addresses or have you configured static (permanent) IP addresses on the laptops? If they are static, please assign an IP address in the same range (192.168.1.x) to the desktop.

    Please doublecheck your configuration for that system.

    I tried signing in to my MSN. It said that my default gateway is offline. Perhaps thats the problem?
    I also tried disabling the firewall , no luck...

    That IP shows neither a DHCP or DNS. Your DHCP on the other boxes was coming from the Gateway. Are you able to Ping the gateway from the 192.168.1.112 PC? If yes, can you ping outside your network?
