Hello, I was wondering how can I use a external Graphic Card for my laptop
or how does something like this work?

is that like a external GPU or is this just a converter that uses your laptops graphic card?

If this uses your PCs internal GPU, how can I then make a docking station for my GPU that I use for my desktop PC to run on my Laptop, I guess this is possible I read something about this but I havent found too much information about this or how to use this.

If I am correct is plugs into usb and has a DVI and/or VGA port do you can add another monitor to it. I think it has a couple megabytes of graphics memory on board
