    Is there any setting in the game to setup the network often they have server and dns setting within the game. Do you know the servers they connect to if so try pinging them see if they respond. Do you know if these game use a dos cmd or a cmd command?

    Check in IE that there is no proxy set.
    type in a browser 212.159.9.2 do you get anything?
    stop bonjour service.
    Does it work in safe mode with networking.
