Are there any security issues with installing Firefox on a server?
I prefer the tabbed browsing of Firefox as I do a lot of research. I'm administrating a small company so my workstation is the server, that's the only reason I would consider this.
    Thanks

Hi Dudemellow, i wouldnt have thought there would be any problems at all, just make sure you have Anti Virus installed and also a firewall.

Yea, that was my thinking also but I have been reading some anti-Firefox sites lately mostly reguarding all the unsigned drivers it loads and general vagureness of download locations.
I'm still a Firefox fan and I don't think much can change my mind, but I want to be really careful when it comes to my server and my job.

FireFox tends to be more secure, but the nasties that can get in tend to be worse. It's kinda a tradeoff, I chose FF, I love it and will never go back.
