Solved Encloding

    I`ve noticed that in Firefox 8.0 that when I try to use the question mark for example i get the following ÉÉÉÉÉ. I believe it`s an encoding problem. I can use all the upper case except for a few such as the ampersad and question mark.
    Can you help me here.
    It`s working everywhere but in Firefox.
    I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and using an Asus laptop and that`s why I put it in the area.

    No problems here with that in Firefox 8.01...

    Get FF 9 out now see if that solves it

    Found that the encoding was incorrect. Checked it on the other lap top and corrected it.
