I got a BSOD on my Win XP laptop. I didn't copy down all of the full screen of text, but two of the lines were: STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBF84C65E, 0xADBC9AFC, 0x00000000) Win32K.SYS - Address BF84C65E base at BF800000, DateStamp 4f2ba740 Following the instructions above, I downloaded and ran pchf.exe. There are 9 files in the \PCHF folder: 3 .txt files, 5 .dmp files, and 1 .nfo file. I am concened about uploading this information to a public place where it would be available to anyone. Two of the txt files are empty (EventApp and EventSys). The third appears to have a local IP address. The file MSINFO32.nfo appears to contain the complete system configuration. I was unable to open any of the .dmp files. How can I be assured that this information will not be used by hackers or scammers?
