Hey everyone!
So I am trying to connect to the internet on my PC. I have a modem and a router in my basement and the router clearly sends of a signal. My computer is up in my room. Its about a 3 level difference from my router in my basement. Now this routers signal is much to weak for my PC so I decided to put another router upstairs in my kitchen. I plugged the new router into my phone outlet in my kitchen. It booted up and it is sending off a signal within my house. So when I go on my PC upstairs and try and connect to my new router, it connects successfully with about 4-5 bars of signal. But it says no internet access. In the bottom right corner of my screen, on my task bar there is the signal bars with a yellow exclamation mark over it.

If you guys could help me out that would be wonderful!

I am running through adsl. Well my modem is downstairs and that has a router connected to it. The signal given off by that router is too weak so I put a spare router I had in my kitchen and plugged it in through my phone line and I am trying to connect my PC through that router.
