Hi, my name's Ryan and I'm new to this forum. I thought it would be the best option to ask some professionals about what to do. I'm thinking about building a brand new PC myself. I'm having many problems such as
-What components are what. e.g What is a CPU, GPU, etc.
-If the parts are good for gaming.
-How long they will last me until I will need to upgrade.
-What are the best parts to get.
-If they can run nowadays games like Skyrim, Battlefield 3 and all the others at a steady FPS. 30 - 40 FPS should be great.
-Where should I get the parts from.
If it should matter, my budget is around £600 - 700 and I'm from England.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out with this!
P.S, sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums.

Well there are so many different ways to start here. First, I would recommend browsing these forums to educate yourself a little bit more on PC Building. Then your first decision will be to have a AMD based build or an Intel based build. If you have the money, Intel is good, if not, AMD nails price-per-performance.
