My computer crashed tonite with a BSOD...IDK what caused it, I wasn't doing anything, and nothing out of the ordinary was running either. Can someone take a look at my log and let me know? Attached is the PCHF BSOD report.

    Hello there!

Seems like the dump file was very vague there is no much information. So we have to start with basics.

Run SFC SCANNOW to make sure all the files are intact. Update the following drivers. Enable Driver Verifier

    Code:
    LMIRfsDriver.sys Mon Jul 14 21:56:56 2008 (487B7E50) http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=LMIRfsDriver.sys

I have enabled driver verifier, and am verifying all non Microsoft drivers. I have sfc /scannow running now and will post the results.

On a side note, I love how all of my BSOD errors give the most vague information possible!

EDIT ---- sfc /scannow has finished message stated that no integrity violations were found.

I hate to bump my post but....
I just rebooted since windows installed updates, and now it is a BSOD when it reboots! I am trying to run the startup repair and see if that will allow windows to boot....Startup repair is unable to repair the issue, it says Root cause found:
    Unknown Bugcheck: Bugcheck c9. Parameters = 0x218, 0xfffff880079c577b, 0xfffff98007ac8dc0, 0x0

Repair Action: System files integerity check and repair
Result: Failed. Error Code = 0x490
    Time Taken = 1041369 ms

That is the only check that failed...that's Greek to me, but may make sense to you?

The actual BSOD says the IO Manager has detected a violation by a driver that is being verified. The faulty driver that is being verified must be debugged and replaced with a working version.

    Hello there!

Try to do a System Restore that will take you back to the previous state. Then upload the new dump files here. And radpms.sys is RemotelyAnywhereDpmsSecure Device Driver.

I am at work...and it looks like the storm knocked out my internet connection at home, so I am unable to remote into my machine to run a system restore. Would the RemotelyAnywhereDpmsSecure Device Driver be from having LogMeIn installed on the PC?

I'll upload the dump file as soon as I can get back to my PC (this evening sometime).

It could be but it's best to remove it just to rule out that problem. But do upload the dump files.

My computer said it was unable to restore to a restore point, so I had to boot into safe mode, disable verifier and then reboot, and I was able to use my pc again. Attached is the dump file....

Should I enable verifier again? Should I uninstall logmein? What should my next step be?

Yes remove LogMeIn. Nothing got recorded with Driver Verifier. So we may need to check the Hardware components. Check this article http://captaindbg.com/hardware-diagnostic/

    I uninstalled LogMeIn
MemTest86+ ran with no errors returned.
Chkdsk /v & Chkdsk /r ran fine with no errors returned in the logs.

For the hard drive diagnostic shown on that link...I have a Toshiba Hard Drive...I do not see a link for Toshiba...which scan should I use?

I tried to run this one:
    Windows Diagnostic Tool Ver. 1.12
    (For IDE/ATA/SATA Hard Drives)

But it is not allowing me to select my drive? It shows my drive in the top window, but when I click on Scan it says please select a drive first?

Download Ultimate Boot Disk that will have a hard drive diagnostic option.
