blue screen

    hi

    i can be on my pc for either a couple hours or 3 hours and i get this blue screen come up with writing and then restarts the pc, is there any way i can stop it restarting straight away so i can see what it says so i can see what the problem is

    Will your PC stay on long enough to follow the BSOD instructions found in my signature?

    If so, please follow the instructions and post back the requested files in to this thread.
