Hello all. I've had two blue screens over the past 24 hours and also computer freezes during anti-virus/spyware scans (with any programs) I have attached the dump files. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hello Vincent,

It appears hardware may be at fault there. First suspicion is RAM, so please use this guide to test it: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Forums

I also see an older version of Norton installed. Please remove it, using these directions: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

There are also plenty of old drivers which should be updated.
    Code:
    e1e6032.sys Mon Jan 14 19:52:47 2008 (478C03DF) - Intel Ethernet
    RTKVHDA.sys Wed Feb 11 07:38:05 2009 (4992C6AD) - Realtek audio
    WUSB54AG.sys Thu May 20 13:58:51 2004 (40ACF1DB) - Linksys wireless
If you would like help updating those, please respond with a MSINFO32 file.

I ran 7 passes of the Mem-Test, as request. No errors were found. I also removed all traces of Norton. I get more freezes than bluescreens, and the last freeze I had was accompanied by a beep from the PC, it wasn't a really long beep, maybe 1 second long. I've attached the MSinfo32 file below. What should I do next?
