    Hi.

Recently I have been expecting many blue screens appearing either when I am watching a video or playing a game. Sometimes it's Memory_Management, PFN List Corrupt, Bad_Pool_Header and sometimes others that I couldn't remember. It's getting frustrating now and I wish to see what is the problem as it's been happening for a while now.
I am not over clocking my computer.
    My Specs

    AMD Phenom II X6 3.20 Ghz 1090t
    8 GB of RAM
    1TB hard drive
    NVIDIA GeForce Gtx 470
I am also using duel monitors.

PCHF folder attatched in two parts as it was too large.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks.

Hi adomas206, and welcome to PCHF. :)

Your files show a mixture of causes, but most of them point to memory corruption. This can be caused by either a faulty driver, or faulty hardware (usually RAM).

In your logs, I noticed the driver sptd.sys. This is related to Daemon Tools, and is known to cause problems. If you have Daemon Tools (or any other similar software) installed, can you please uninstall it and see if the BSOD's still occur. We will carry on from there.

    Hi.

Past few days been good but just had two Blue screens past 10 minutes again. One of them was Memory_Management and the other one was SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

I uninstalled Astroburn Lite which was something like Daemon Tools and I didn't get any blue screens. Now I wanted to install a different feature, It's AVI file repair software but uninstalled it straight away and then I experienced blue screens. I think it might be something with driver or hardware, also I am using Actual Window Manager to manage my double monitors. Maybe this Memory_Management is related to double monitors somehow or there isn't enough memory or graphics card memory to run both screens?

    Regards.

Can you please run the PCHF tool again. This will give me the latest logs from your machine and then I can see what's wrong from their. :)

    Hi there.

Just experienced another Blue Screen literally three minutes ago. Didn't see what was it, there was more letters than normally on the blue screen and it even scrolled down a bit which showed information, didn't see whether it was memory_management or so. However here is the PHCF data that I just compressed.

    Thanks for that. :)

sptd.sys seems to still be present on your system. Can you please download the SPTD standalone installer and run it. When the option comes up, click on uninstall. Lets see how your computer runs after that. If you still receive blue screens after uninstalling, I have something else for us to try.

I followed the procedures above and it worked for few days again.

Just now I received another two blue screens.

    First one said "Bugcode_USB_Driver"
I restarted computer and as soon as I saw the desktop I've got this blue screen
    "Ntfs.sys"
    "Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_area"

It just seems the system is running out of codes to display during the blue screens :)
Attatched is the latest PCHF data files.

    Thanks for helping.

    Hi. :)

Can you please make sure that all of your drivers are up to date. Also, are there any USB devices plugged in when the BSOD's tend to occur? Finally, do you have a RAID setup?

    Hi.

Is there easier way to check if all your drivers are up to date like a good software where it doesn't ask you to buy it or so? And sometimes I use G35 headset when the BSOD occurs but sometimes it appears without it. I also use mouse, keyboard and desk microphone when plugged in, I use microphone and speakers sometimes when I don't use G35 headset. And what is this Raid setup?

You can get software to update your drivers, but I personally do not recommend them. They may let you download beta drivers which will be buggy, and most only allow you to do a certain amount of updates a day. you can find out more about RAID here, but if you don't know what it is, I find it very unlikely that you will be running a RAID setup.

Lets see if we can find out the driver that is causing this. Can you please follow the instructions here.

I've followed the verifier driver steps and then restarted my computer. It then instantly crashed after the restart and began crashing every time as I see the desktop appearing for like 30 seconds and then boom. I took a picture with my phone to see if the blue screen helps as I always received the same blue screen. Not sure what was the point of the driver verifier as it didn't tell me which driver is causing it just crashed everytime I restarted the computer. About 6 or so crashes I went into the safe mode and deleted the existing settings and now it doesn't crash anymore.

Picture I took, as you can see that bdfm.sys thing appeared in every blue screen all those times I restarted so maybe that is the issue.

Attatchment is the latest PCHF after I did the driver verifier.

    Thanks for doing that. :)

Yes, you are right, bdfm.sys is blamed as the culprit. That driver is related to BitDefender. Can you please uninstall BitDefender and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials, and see if the errors still happen.

Unfortunately I've keep getting the blue screens. I installed the MSE as advised in the previous reply.

Now it's System Service Exception and Memory Management still.

I completely removed the Bitfedender and it stopped showing bdfm.sys error but now it shows others.

    Here is the latest PCHF

Sometimes when the blue screen appears, the computer doesn't restart anymore and stays on this screen. I then leave the computer turned off for around 3 hours and then it works perfectly again.

This is another blue screen that I received couple of days ago

Do you have another keyboard and mouse that you could use for the time being? Could you also unplug everything that is plugged into the USB ports that aren't necessary (e.g. thumb drives, joysticks etc).

I tried the steps above unforunately the problem still persist. Was playing a game and then I've got a blue screen. I noticed the game screen started sort of bluring out and freezing and then I got the blue screen. I tried to restart computer but it brought me to that black screen I posted above so then I shut it down again and tried to load it up. Nothing happend. The screen remained black and not even showing ANYTHING. I then looked at the case and I saw a bright red light turned on. Next to it was small letters DRAM LED and it was next to my RAM chips which is 4 modules with 2GB each ram.

When the blue screen appeared I've got this; Page in a non PAGER Area and then below Win32k or something like that. By the way, I removed all modules and then there was a RAM module which was really covered in dust because it was underneath the fan/cooler. I wiped the dust off and placed the RAM modules back. I turned the computer on and it now works again. I will report back if it carries on. Meanwhile here is the latest PCHF as well.

I hope this isn't much trouble for you, Android and I appreciate your help. If you have any advanced tips that I can do to resolve problem then feel free to suggest, I am IT Student in College currently :)
