Hi Asho,

Gave Intel a quick call regarding this to verify, case #8606339,

Your wireless card is going to have to be replaced by a Sony authorized repair location. There is no override within the console for the hardware switch.

Wish I had better new for you, but at least you have a solid answer.

Thanks I found out thatI can put a new button sold on the ebay which will solve my problem. Thanks for all of the input and sincere thoughts.
