Some people secure there networks with a network name and password.

Some people do not secure there network with a name and password.

This not passwording a network enables you to illegaly connect to there network.Enables you to get free internet acess.

Hence your neighbour may of named and passworded his network.

So you are unable to connect to his network without this name and password.

Please ask your neighbour if he uses a WEP key or his network is passworded.

Passowrd and WEP keys are both used to secure a network.

If he has a WEP key you will need this to connect to the internet.

Some ISP use a WEP key for there customers to connect to the internet.

I was teasing about the illegal connection, sorry my joke.
