It's a security key that is used to authenticate your PC to the router.

Here is some documentation on your router: ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/P-660HW-D3/quick...660HW-D3_2.pdf

ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/P-660HW-D3/user_...3_3.40_Ed1.pdf

Have a read of the Wireless Security sections, then go to them within the config pages thru your browser. Set up a WEP or WPA key and then when you connect from the PC, you will be asked to enter the same key...connection should then follow.

You need your neighbours network name and password to connect to his wireless router you will have to ask him for this.

Also due to walls thickness and his type of wireless router you may or proberly will never get a good connection if any connection at all.
