I have just purchased an Asus internet radio.

It picks up my wireless network and says full signal strength, but doesn't connect. I've:

- checked the router is only 64bit security (as per Asus helpdesk)
- deleted and re-input the WEP key numerous times.
- plugged an ethernet cable into the router

Any other ideas?

My modem router is a Netcomm NB5+4W and the internet radio is the Asus 90ER01WUSDD00 AIR . I think it is the only one Asus make.

I'm using 64bit WEP security with a 10 digit alphanumeric code, if that helps (I'm not the most technical person out there...).

Try unplugging your router from the wall for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. See if that helps it.

Just to confirm, can your router access it with WEP off?

I can't but my uncle managed to get it to work with direct connection to his router. He also could not get it to work on his wireless network.

Have a request in to the techs at Asus. Should hear from them in a couple of days. I will post back after I commune with them.

In the mean time. can you post a screen shot of the control screen when you are trying to connect the device to your network?
