Question Wireless Router/Antenna

Hello people. Can anybody help me out with a brand/make of a router that I can go pick up at regular Best Buy, Circuit City, where I would be able to buy antenna(s) for, and change them, PLEASE. I want to buy a router, and then buy a better antenna for it, to get better coverage. Best Buy, Circuit City. Those are the two stores are in my neibrhood. (Only those two unfortunately), that's where I want to buy only the router itself, antennas on the net somewhere. Thank you for the links!!
Please provide me with a router at any of those two stores, and links to buy the antennas.
Thank you all!!

Hi Ilya,

I would stick with NetGear. These are reliable routers and very popular.

Buy the Netgear 802.11g Wireless Router with 4-Port Switch and other Networking switches & hubs at circuitcity.com

One thing to check is that, are you using the router to connect to the internet or do you use a seperate modem?

Jelly Bean agrees: Does that come with removable antenna so a booster can be fitted?:D

Modem --> Router = 3 (+1 not 24/7) Wireless Devises including a wireless printer

This will be a perfect router for you in that case. The aereal you can see in that picture can be unscrewed easily, and you can connect to your wireless booster to it.

Was the link I posted in post #2: Buy the Netgear 802.11g Wireless Router with 4-Port Switch and other Networking switches & hubs at circuitcity.com

This is aparently the same model you currently have problems with? I know the older netgear routers came with fitted aereals. Have used the very same model recently, and it was unscrewable, so you might want to check with the store before purchasing.

Otherwise, this one might interest you: Buy the D-Link Rangebooster G Wireless Router and other Routers at circuitcity.com
