Default Re: Wireless adapter

Hi there and welcome to PC Help Forum

Upon installation there will be some writing to the registry, so an Admin account with installation rights will be required. If you are asking something else, please say and we'll address that.

Arrow Re: Wireless adapter

Upon installation of a new firewall I was alerted by the firewall that the wireless adapter application was seeking to modify protected registry entries.
I am not sure whether it is a safe procedure. Maybe your answer applies in this case as well. The adapter had been installed a while back and was operating fine with the previous firewall. To the best of my knowledge, it did not seek to modify protected registry entries.
Any suggestions ?
