hi my ps3 is connected to a linksys wireless router and it whatever game i try to update always gets to 1% -10% then says error, any ideas how to fix it? TIA

how far away is your ps3 from your wireless? does it happen when you are doing a system update?

wireless router is upstairs ps3 downstairs, yes system update or games update, mate got it to update by messing with settings but not working again now. wii is connected wirelessly no prob and also laptop in same room as ps3

It could be something to do with your Linksys (NAT) settings. Have a look at this tutorial and see if it helps...

I had the same prooblem with my system update and the only way i got it to work was to disable the networking media sharing feature. if you turn that off i bet your wireless would work.
