Default addon gwar3500

Need some advice please. We brought an addon gwar3500 - what a nightmare. We got it so we could connect a playstation 3 to the internet but after several long and exasperating months we have just about had it.
Does anyone know how we can get this to work or do we take it back to the shop and threaten to stick it up the salesmans bottom

Seriously though, it's been incredibly frustrating, we can get an internet connection but it wont maintain and we cant connect the ps3 network......what is a hexadecimal code??
any help or advice would be gladly appreciated

thanks in advance, Karen

Hi Karen,

You sound pretty frustrated. I guess we can play this one of 2 ways;

1) We go through the details of your issue and try to work it all the way to a successful fix
2) You take the router back to the shop (along with some KY jelly ) and buy a decent wireless router, such as a Linksys or Netgear.

Tell me how you would like to proceed...

Cool Re: addon gwar3500

I think the second idea sounds much more rewarding!!

Seriously though, I have trawled my way through various forums since posting here and have discovered I may need the primary and secondary DNS codes. I did try putting the IP address in the search bar but it kept coming up as Page not Displayed and that was as far as I could get. I think I may have to wait until monday and either speak to someone at ADD ON or take the router back and deposit it in the salesmans bottom

Yea...not a bad idea. If their "Support" page is anything to go by...you'll be better rid of it!!
