Default Cannot Connect To NetGear Router. Could before.

Hi, I recently got a vista home premium computer and I already had a Wifi Max USB dongle.and Before I used to be able to connect to the router (Thats the Main PC, XP.)
Easily but now after turning off the dongle because I had to to move it, I can't seem to connect anymore after removing it(It hasn't ever been remove till now, so its always on, even when the My Vista is off)...It keeps going to Unidentified Network. where, before it showed that I was connected to my house's network.

And now i don't think its an encryption problem, the WEP key works perfectly.

Also this is also affecting my dad's laptop. He can't seem to connect anymore either.

Just in case history is important, about a week back We had some internet issues that still exist, we are getting a very slow internet connection, many sites either timeout of goto "Server not found" where as before(this started about a week ago too) the internet was acting like the 10mb connection that it is. I've already contacted my ISP and they couldn't do anything.

Just in case Heres an Image of cmd> ipconfig /all for my Main PC (the one thats directly connected tot he router)..."IpConfig.jpg"

And a Text document of a C&P of cmd> ipconfig /all job of the Vista that I can't connect with..."MyComp.txt"

Hi can you remember what channel the router was set on? Sometimes the channel can change number, first of all reboot your router,if that doesn't work try a different channel, if that doesn't work RESET your router, if that doesn't work it must be the PPP settings. Your ISP can help you with this.
