Sorry for the delay in response.
The best thing I could think to try is if you have a friend/family member's computer you can test on your network. Try switching profiles on another computer and see if it causes the same problem. If so, it could mean it is the router.
Also, if your computer is a laptop, try bringing it to a public network and testing it there. If it does it on other networks, then it is probably a problem with your computer.
I haven't seen that particular problem myself. You can try reinstalling the network adapter drivers. That will reset the network adapter configuration in case it is some setting that changed.
