I just got a new samsung R60 plus notebook for my christmas and can't connect it to my talktalk broadband i tried installing the talktalk disc but no use i dont know if its because its vista i heard talktalk isnt compatible with vista is that true?. I thought i would be able to connect it to my acer pc wirelessly for i have a wireless modem but i dont know how to set the wireless up please help.

have you installed all the drivers for your router onto ur laptop?
also if ur wireless card takes drivers, make sure these are installed...

if it's a router problem make sure u have set it up correctly
just check the instructions, make sure u done it correctly

all the drivers came loaded on my laptop.

both the wireless card drivers and the router drivers?

also did u double check that the router is configured correctly?

if it is, you can connect to it by http://192.168.1.1 which is the default IP address for most routers...

if it connects there should be a setup link within there somewhere,
if there is... just run through that, and hopefully that should solve it
