Hi, I have a netgear wireless router, I set it up on my profile, when other users log in their area the network is found by the PC (in one of those annoying bubbles that appear in the bottom right corner of the bar) but when you click internet explorer it works offline and will not connect to any sites.
I have tried other browsers, such as firefox and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions??

While in one of the other profiles, click Start/Run and type in cmd, click Enter
Type in ipconfig and see if it has an IP address.
Also try pinging from the command prompt. Just type ping Google

Hello vaughan80,
You should really use the Administrative Account to set up the connection. Then give each profile access rights. If you have set encryption (ie..wep, wap) then the other profiles will need the passphrase or whatever...
