Stuffed, you will need to find out the IP address of the WoW server that you are having difficulty with (example: 100.22.34.56) - then open the command prompt: Start > run > type cmd and press enter > then in the new (black) window, type ping 100.22.34.56 (or whatever the IP address is) then hit enter. Let us know the latency times from that.

well, it's any server I play on, it's just online games in general, I've tried connecting other games also and I get the same kind of latency. And when I did the ping test I got 4 messages that said "request timed out" and at the end "Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)"

I got the same results with my firewall turned off.
