You have to download that file to the PC you are on
log onto the router itself
there should be data on the router for his ISP-- they all have their own servers/ settings etc --WRITE THEM DOWN.
Then-- in the routers "control panel" there is usually an "update firmware" tool follow the prompts.
DO NOT interrupt the update process once it starts.
