Hello godfromdfo, welcome to PCHF.

I've removed your e-mail link before you start to receive an influx of SPAM.

What is your signal strength from the PC upstairs? Are you using the same wireless USB device you use for your laptop? When you say the web pages are now showing, are you received a white page from Internet Explorer, or do you receive an error "Page Cannot be Displayed"?

Hi god,

From the PC that is not working, can you do the following for me:

- Go to Start, Run, and type in cmd
- From the command window, type in ipconfig /all
- Right click on the titlebar, and go to Edit, followed by Select All
- Right click again, and go to Edit, followed by Copy

- Paste the document into notepad or word, whatever you have available. Save it to disk or memory stick and open it up on a PC that can connect to the internet. Paste the contents back here.

The medium signal your getting is from the Air Station. In this case, the station is probably not getting a strong enough signal from the router, so that it can forward the signal on. The ipconfig should tell us if there is any connection to the router.

lol, OK, can you go to My Computer, Control Panel, System, Hardware tab, Device Manager. Can you see your Wireless adaptor under the group "Network Adaptors"? Right click on your wireless adaptor, and go to Properties. Under "Device Status", can you tell me what it says?
