I cant connect it to problem pc... my modem need to connect to virgin media tv and dont have one upstairs..

If it means anything to you God, I'm probably just frustrated as you at this point, since I can't see your current configuration or settings there. I'm sure if I was actually there to see what is going on, we could resolve this quickly but I'm not

OK, we know that the PC can connect to the air station. We know that the router's DHCP is working as it has assigned address to the PC (Debbie). We need to find out why you can't connect from the air station to the router. The only possibilities I can see is:

either:
a) A Configuration issue with the air station
b) A configuration issue on the router
c) Wireless is not working on the router

Was there any reason why you decided to get an air station, is it a long distance between your PC upstairs and the router downstairs? What is the model number of the virgen router?

YAY SOME PROGRESS (I read the manuals FULLY...phew) and the AOSS one say press AOSS on client software (upstairs pc) then quicly press AOS button on router (within like a second) so I took my pc downstairs to try and it works I press the buttons fast and it connects and they both work... but one problem when I took it back upstairs it would still not work (signal is still good) could you give me advice on how to press both buttons fast? I tried running downstairs after pressing client one but I was too late... any advice would be greatful?

EDIT: my friend press button upstauirs I press router downstairs and it gowes through setup and it says cannot get keys or something... =[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[

It's normally between 3-5 seconds, but the only way you could do it at that distance is to have one person upstairs and another downstairs. Altough, once you are connected, you should not need to do this each time you start up your PC as long as the air station is kept on at all times.
