Hey guys.

I have started to use my laptop (windows XP) for my school work more and more now, and I have started to take it into school.

But, my school runs a wireless network aswell as a LAN network, the only catch is, its hidden.

Now, I have the SSID, and the WEP key, and I have entered these in the add a network thing. (when you right click the wireless connection in network connections and click properties).

But still, I cannot seem to find the WLAN network. I know it is there because I have two mates who run vista laptops and they pick it up with no problems.

Do you know if they have MAC (Media Access Control) Filtering enabled?
