Hey thanks for the help but my wireless device seems to be copletely internal, so i cant seem to be able to get the wireless setup wizard up.

Check in the device manager to see if the Wlan card is active. It will show up under Network Adapters. If it is showing but disabled then it is possable you have the wrong drivers.

In Device Manager this is what I get:

Nvidia nForce Networking Controler and it seems to be working ok.

But I still have no idea about wireless

Unfortunately it appears your Wlan card is not working or you don't have the correct drivers. I am lead to believe by what I have read that the Ralink RT73 Wireless Controller is a USB dongle (adapter) that must be plugged into a USB port. Was wireless active before you reinstalled Windows?
