Default Wireless internet issue

Hello. Im trying to seek help with an issue I have reguarding my Wireless internet. I am on a Gateway Laptop with a D-link N router.
For quite awhile now the internet has been randomly cutting in and out, with no change in connection status, speed or signal strength. I for awhile I had assumed the cause was the computer getting too hot but lately Ive noticed that this is ONLY the internet stopping.
As I said the frequency of this occuring is completely random and to this point I cannot seem to resolve the issue, thus I am seeking assistance. I did notice that the router was rather warm, but I dont know the relativity of that. Also, when I tried to hardwire it directly to the router (Ethernet cable) I got a message saying there was an IP confliction with another computer on the router. Ironicaly enough the only thing running from the router is this one laptop, the PC is connected via USB from the Cable modem.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am at wits end with this. Thank you in advance for those who try to assist.
Also I should specify that Ive done several malware/virus scans and Ive experianced this issue with the build-in network adaptor AND the D-link card. And Im not sure if this has anything to do with anything, but it only seems to occur at night (between 7pm and 12pm EST)

I would start with the absolute basics. Try unplugging your router from the wall for several minutes, let it cool down and reset itself. Then plug in and see how it works!

Hmm...at the beginning of this issue that is what Ive tried with no success. Is there a program that will monitor the incomming packets in a graph of some kind so I can watch exactly what its doing when it losses its connection? Sadly this is such a random thing that I cant pinpoint anything specific.

Where is the router located? Wireless signals are very easily interfered with. Specifically look for cordless phones, microwaves, metal objects (deflects the signal), etc.

The router is located in the room right next to me (I usually have the laptop in my bedroom) so theres no objects in the way...unless someone put a microwave in the wall without telling me lol. But I was messing around with the router settings and discovered some interesting things (not that I know what they mean).

1.) This issue seems to ONLY happen at night. Ironically enough the DCHP is set to reset every 1440 mins (24 hours) which falls at around the time that the internet fails.

2.)On my router status page I have several "errors" Though I cannot get it to specify what those errors are. I will link a screenshot of that page so maybe someone with more knowledge can look into it.

I completely reinstalled the network card on the laptop AND made a new wireless network to work off of. It fought with me at 1st but now it seems to be going alright. Im gonna post the screenshot now as well as a few other things I cant quite make out...hopefully it will point us in the right direction.

Also here is a ping test I ran to Yahoo.com. http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...y/pingtest.jpg It sort of shows what its doing...loads fine for awhile then just stops...then loads fine...then stops. The difference between 50-90ms to 2000+ ms...there has to be something going on.

I hope I managed to get something in there that helps.
